Rod Morris - Smitten

Description
Both knew in that first instant this was it forever more.
Warm eyes, warm smiles, a quickening of the heart,
Knowing without speaking this was just the very start.
Fate deals cards not caring, where or how they fall,
Mindless of the masses or whom she may enthral.
Now and then two minds enmesh, never pull away,
Be as one love-locked together until their dying day.
We don't believe in heaven, we don't believe in hell,
The magic of the moment is where we wish to dwell.
