In order to unlock this, You need to do a Konami Code while the game bootups.

Konami Code: Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right B, A. and then Start Button.
if you're playing on PS4, instead its X, O and Option Button

Make sure to input after getting out of Title Screen, doing it too early and you glitched the easter egg. (WAS FIXED IN 1.03 PATCH, BUT 1.04 BROKE IT AGAIN)
