RoboCop (2013) - First Look: With Comic-Con 2012 right around the corner, it's probably no coincidence that MGM thought now would be a good time to launch the viral campaign for director José Padilha's RoboCopremake. To visit the official OmniCorp website (manufacture of RoboCop) in support of the film: As you can see, access to OmniCorp's projects, programs, and progress is being denied, but this site does offer a first look at the new ED-209, along with a sneak peek at the XT-908 Unmanned Aerial Vehicle, and a shoulder's glimpse of the new RoboCop himself, RC-2000 (Joel Kinnaman). We have a photo of RC-2000's upper left torso, as well as an advert for the "battlefield tested" ED-209, and the XT-908 for you to check out here. RoboCop comes to theaters August 9th, 2013 and stars Joel Kinnaman, Gary Oldman, Samuel L. Jackson, Abbie Cornish, Hugh Laurie. The film is directed by José Padilha.
