The Robertsons spice combination needed for this recipe is Cinnamon and Nutmeg. This recipe also uses ready-made puff pastry which is, as any chef will tell you, as good as homemade. All in all this delicious dessert shouldn’t take you longer than half an hour to make, and that’s time-in-the-oven included. These tarts are best served with vanilla ice cream, as Chef Riffel suggests, but vanilla custard will work just as well.
