I woke in a dream
To a shining tree
Appearing in darkness
It was all I could see
And all I could ever
Hope to harvest

Could a tree have light?
Or was it of me?
Waking later still that night
And for a few weeks
To a radiant light
Around all others than me

You could say
That I believe
Life will be
As long as He
And as far away as
The last light seen
