You are the guardian angel of the family
The shepherd of hope
You strung us together and tied it with rope
The gleam and joy in your eyes
Gives smiles to us all
It lights up our day
And throws fears away
You have a heart enough to share with all
And the courage to take a fall
The strength to carry the burden
Of love family and all the children
Through it all you put family ahead
Through thick and thin and all the worst
You take the grunt and put them first
65 years ago was wrote with love, strength, courage and joy
In angel was given to us from the heavens
