Rituparna Choudhury - All alone.....

One gloomy night, I stood alone
On the road.......that led its way
to the riverside..
I took a few steps as I passed through the
Little cottages and bamboo groves
I heard the sound of the gentle wind
Blowing...
The bats were on the trees, having their nap
As I reached the riverbanks,
I saw some lights in the middle of the river,
Might be of some boats and ships.
IOwanted to sit by the bank
And I sat down there...
I had nothing with me....but
Only myself, my mind...and
My soul...
