"Rise and shine" is the program which is broadcasted by Kantipur Television. The program is the sub part of the Kantipur News. During the middle of the news they have a segment called "Rise and shine" in which they have different presentations, it could be an interview with journalist, politician, or anyone but mostly the hot and happening event or talk of the country and burning issues are mainly discussed in the program mostly by inviting a guest of related field. International Day of People with Disability on December3 is an international observance promoted by the United Nations since 1992. It has been celebrated with varying degrees of success around the planet. The observance of the Day aims to promote an understanding of disability issues and mobilize support for the dignity, rights and well-being of persons with disabilities. It also seeks to increase awareness of gains to be derived from the integration of persons with disabilities in every aspect of political, social, economic and cultural life.
