Rik Bertrand - SO SO SAD

It caught me by surprise, this feeling I have inside.
It wells up and winds around my heart squeezing,
I feel so alone, and it hurts, I must lie down and cry.
My emotions have risen and the sad side is teasing.

How do I stop the pain that is in my heart,
How do I stop the tears that fall across my face.
I am alone and there is no one I can confide in,
I have fallen and I crawl across the floor in disgrace.

God forgive me, I have been forsaken and lost.
I am a failure in love and life, and I so sorry.
May you find it in your heart to forgive me?
The emotions I am experiencing are oh so scary.

I must cry and let it all out, relieve the pressure of guilt,
Relieve the pain in my heart, the sorrow I feel deep inside
Slowly, ever so slowly I must become one with myself,
I thank you, I Thank you Lord for being my guide.

REB (2012) Damn what's wrong with me, so sad.
