Riga Castle damaged in blaze

Riga Castle has been badly damaged by fire. The historical building, which is located in the heart of the Latvian capital's old town is the official residence of the country's president and houses the Natural History Museum of Latvia. President Andris Berzins has not been staying at the castle, as it is being renovated. No injuries have been reported.
