Dimensions are basically player housing in Rift. It is also one of the features that separate Rift from many other MMOs. Dimensions were introduced to Rift with the release of their expansion Storm Legion back on September 5, 2012. Dimensions allow you to get keys that give you access to instanced versions of places throughout Telara.
