This small kid is tied using a rope and forced to spin or perhaps perform stunt. The elderly man doesn't stop even as the baby cries 'Its enough'! Well it happens only in India...

People at pilgrim camp for the Buddhist festival of the Kalchakra being held in the himalayan rain shadow area of Spiti in Himachal Pradesh in North India in the beautiful and rugged Buddhist Monastery, the Key Gompa.
