Rick Elpers - With A Deep Sigh

In a slow turning I circle
Viewing the personality
Behind the movement
Of years on this earth
Unknowing my destination 
And who will become
The one who takes my heart
Caresses it with hers
Stimulating hope and fear
wondering about such need
where everything is temporary  
And when god is the only
True fulfillment 
How do I reconcile this life
As no one wants me
While I long for and struggle 
In this union with god-woman 
I busy myself hoping
Both will be revealed
To my heart.
