Rich Door, Poor Door

Rent Control, Rent Stabilization, Section 8 Vouchers, Public Housing....if no one has noticed (since we have no way to police these policies) New York City has institutionalized generational "public" housing. Families live for generations with these subsidies and have no incentive to escape the cycle.

What is the rationale behind the two door policy? And how does the De Blasio/Sharpton administration reconcile equality of access with equality of actual rent payments? We'll look for a special guest.
