RICE PAPER ROLL AND SPRING ROLLS

Ingredients:

500g sengkuang/jicama/sweet turnip
100g minced meat
3 tablsp shredded carrot
3 tablsp coriander
6 pcs of spring roll pastry
1 tapsp of salt
1 tablsp of chicken powder
1 tablsp oyster sauce
Method
-----------
1. Marinate minced meat with a bit of soya sauce, sesame oil & teasp of coriander
2. In heated oil add 2 tablsp of oil, add minced meat, fry until cooked add carrot cloud ears and sengkuang. Fry for a while
and lastly add coriander. Dish out to cool.
3. when cooled, wrap the filling with spring roll pastry
4. Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
For the rice roll

6 pieces of rice paper roll sheet, Scald the rice paper in warm
/hot water. When soft take out. lay on a flat surface.
wrap with leftover fillings.
Ready to serve! Yummy.
