ABOUT THIS VIDEO- Today I am going to share with you a recipe for modak, Ganesh Chaturthi special modak recipe, rice milk modak, rice modak, milk modak, Marathi मोदक is an Indian sweet dumpling dish popular in many Indian states and cultures. The sweet filling on the inside of a modak consists of freshly grated coconut and jaggery, while the outer softshell is made from rice flour or wheat flour mixed with khava or maida flour. You can make many ways modak like chocolate modak, steamed modak, aate modak, maida ke modak, plain modak, stuffing modak at home followed by my recipe step by step.
