Rian Pongratz - Dream

Sitting here, staying up late.
Sometimes I'm up all night.
Trying to close the debate,
On if my life will be alright.

As the dark creeps in,
And the light runs out.
No one seems to win,
And there's no air left to shout.

I struggle and fight,
For what I believe,
But can't keep truth in sight,
When I'm tempted to leave.

Will you stay by my side,
And hold on to my hand?
If I cried, would you mind,
As we walk on the sand.
I woke today,
And started to cry.
Then I saw your smmiling face,
And knew my eyes were dry.
