Reviving a Rescued Turtle

Info from Licensor: "While I was looking for a turtle in the rice field, I found one that was sucked into the intake. When I helped, the turtle's eyes were open, but when I came home 12 hours later, I realized I wasn't breathing. When I shook it, I heard the sound of water, so I turned it upside down and let the water out, and after doing artificial respiration for about an hour with a nearby tube, It started breathing and started moving."
