Retaining Top Talent
Description
Christie Hefner says all the creative people at Playboy make the company work.
Hefner: Well, if you create a culture where good people want to come and do a good work, I think that speaks volumes. And one of the ways we recruit is having key candidates meet a number of different people, not just the person they're going to report to. And that helps us I think in two ways. One, it helps us assess whether it's a good fit, but, two, it helps the person get a sense of the culture. And that I think leads to kind of a self selection of the people that are going to fit in and make a contribution or the people that tend to get excited about the organization.
