Restaurant Style Chicken Karahi

Assalamu Alaikum, Today I am making a very delicious Chicken Karahi recipe for you.

Chicken Karahi Recipe (basic version)
Ingredients:
1 kg chicken, cut into pieces
2 large tomatoes, chopped
4–5 green chilies, sliced
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1/2 cup yogurt
2 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp garam masala
Fresh coriander & julienned ginger for garnish
4 tbsp oilSalt to taste

Method:
Heat oil in a karahi (or deep pan). Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for 1 min.Add chicken pieces and fry until lightly browned.Mix in tomatoes, chili powder, turmeric, and salt. Cook until tomatoes soften.Add yogurt, stir, and simmer on low heat till chicken is tender (about 20–25 mins).Sprinkle garam masala, green chilies, and garnish with coriander & ginger.Serve hot with naan or rice.Would you like tips for making the karahi extra flavorful or a shortcut version?
