Residents of Kipkaren in Eldoret town Uasin Gishu County have expressed fears over hate leaflets requiring non locals to vacate the area. Speaking to the media early today the residents said that the leaflets allegedly circulated in the area were meant to cause fear and hate amongst the communities and asked the government the intervene.
