Teary advice

A dropp of tear
Rolled down my cheek,
Grumbled all the way down
Landing on my frown.
No fingers to wipe them,
No tissue to dab them,
It rolled and dropped
On the floor, cold and
Dry, it was not happy anymore!
It thought about its home
Warm and safe in the glands
'Why do you cry? ' it asked me
'I am sad today' said I
'Have pity on me' said the tear
'And keep me in your pretty eye.'
'Please' it begged,
'Be happy for my sake,
'I aint meant to be dropped
Down in sadness, close your
Eyes and try to see, all
You have lost is
Your smile and me! '
