Research shows children not receiving adequate support

Mental health services for young people need a system wide shake up according to a new study which found fragmented services, long wait times and inadequate training was blighting the sector. Prof. Harriet Hiscock says that 50 per cent of mental health problems in children begin before the age of fourteen.
