Rescuing a Cat from Cable Lines

Info from Licensor: We were getting ready to set up for a car wash for funeral funds for our grandpa when we saw a cat stuck on top of the cable lines. We called the fire department and they said they couldn’t come out to help because it was considered a non-emergency so everyone decided to take matters into their own hands and help the poor kitty out.
