Rescue team call off operations in Chennai

Death toll in the collapse of an under-construction 11 storeyed building near suburban Porur climbed to 60 on Thursday. Six days on and rescue operations are call off.
Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Jayalalithaa ordered one-man probe commission headed by a former-judge. The commission is appointed to probe reasons behind the collapse, fix blame on those accountable and recommend steps to prevent such incident
