Change the way you looked at yourself

Change the way you view life itself.

Change the way you look at yourself
Recognize that you are a good person
Recognize that you have needs too
Recognize that you have feelings and that you hurt.

Change the way you react to situations
Look at the other person's side, not just yours
Look at the whole picture - know that all is not as it seems
Don't prejudge because you don't want others to prejudge you.

Change the way you view life
Learn that you cannot control things
Take chances, even when you are scared
Realize that life is an adventure - treat it as such.
