Reviewing the world
She... looking to the left
He... looking to the right
Absence fell away
Joined in a glance
'Are we mad or is this romance? '
Bathed in the setting September sun
Hearts taking flight
Lost in a world, locked in tight
A laugh, a look
Intoxicated by each other
What was a friend is now a lover
Names etched into the creaking wood
Left to erode with the sands of time
A message into the ether
You are the fruit
I am the Vine
