It displays a fake notification supposedly sent by the FBI, saying that child pornography files have been detected on your computer. Then it says that you need to pay a $300 fine in order to unlock your computer and avoid criminal case. Since NSA Virus cannot report you to law enforcement authorities, all of its claims are false. You need to remove NSA Virus immediately, and then make sure that your system is protected from similar intruders.
