Even though Fast Start only displays the recently visited websites and provides a Google search box, malware researchers agree that it is best to remove Fast Start. This browser extension affects Mozilla Firefox browsers that are also corrupted by malicious browser hijackers, such as istart123, qvo6, qone8, or v9. All of these hijackers are unreliable and should be deleted from your browsers and your operating system as soon as possible. Note that Fast Start has its equivalents in other browsers. It appears that Quick Start (on Chrome) and Lightning Newtab could be used for the same purpose as Fast Start.
