This specific camp is designed for players 14 and older that are headed off to junior camp and may be put in a fighting situation. As you will see in this video, the camp participants had great success. You will learn two things. 1. How to defend yourself in a hockey fight. 2. How to be confident and not scared. This is not designed to teach someone how to beat up the other guy, rather it is designed to teach you to defend yourself should you be put in a hockey fight situation.
