Refreshing Strawberry Salad | Maria Goretti

In this video, Maria Goretti will teach you how to make a “Refreshing Summer Salad” with a little twist that you are sure to love.

Check out the ingredients required for making your Salad-
- 100 g Sugar
- 1 Cup Walnuts
- 1 Sheet of Foil
- Olive Oil
- 2 Malta Oranges
- 10 - 15 Sliced Strawberries
- 4 Handful of Rocket Leaves
- 1 ½ tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil


How to make the Salad-
- Put 100 grams of sugar in a non-stick pan and leave it to melt in a low flame and without the help of a spatula.
- Till your sugar melts, grind 1 cup of walnut and place them in a foil smeared with olive oil. After the sugar melts, pour it all over your grinded walnut.
- Next, cut away the peels of 2 Malta Oranges as well as its wedges with a sharp knife.
- Take a huge plate and put your Rocket Leaves followed by an emulsification of 1 ½ tbsp Balsamic Vinegar and 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
- Toss the salad leaves carefully and add the walnut caramel, strawberries and oranges to it.


You can serve this refreshing and beautiful salad adding a lot more strawberries and oranges if your wish.
