Redford readies Sundance

The skis are ready, movies are set and Robert Redford raring to go.
The 12th annual Sundance Film Festival is well and truly underway in the ski resort of Park City, Utah.
Four feature films opened on Thursday (January 19) including documentary the "Queen of Versailles" about America's housing crisis.
Redford, the festival's founder said even though the U.S. economy was in peril, the films presented were not.
SOUNDBITE: Robert Redford, Actor and Sundance Festival Founder, saying (English):
"I mean it's no secret that times are dark and grim. And in addition to that we're suffering from a government that's in paralysis. There's not paralysis here."
Amongst the films to watch include films by Spike Lee and Britain's Stephen Frears and "Red Lights" starring Cillian Murphy, Sigourney Weaver and Robert De Niro.
Festival goers talk about why Sundance is one of the best festivals in the world.

More than 100 fiction and documentary films will be showing at the ten-day festival, which ends on January 29.
