Red pesto sauce

You probably all know pesto! But have you ever tasted red pesto?! A super easy and quick sauce to make to accompany your pasta dishes as it should be. You just need to take the classic green pesto recipe and add sun-dried tomatoes to it.
Nothing better to bring flavors to your preparations with complete simplicity ;-)

Ingredients:
- 3.5 ounces sun-dried tomatoes (100 gr)
- 10 leaves basil (5 gr)
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 oz pecorino cheese (25 gr)
- 1 oz pine nuts (25 gr)
- 1/4 cup olive oil (5 cl)
