Red Bull GerGetit 2014 Georgia

Red Bull GerGetIt is a team relay race which was held for the second time on 13 September 2014 in Georgia – in the mountainous district of Stepantsminda on southern part of Caucasus range.

Red Bull GerGetIt is the unique combination of four extreme sport disciplines. Each team consisted of a whitewater kayaker, rock climber, mountain biker and mountain runner, racing in that order.

The competition was limited to 20 teams with participants from Georgia, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Turkey, Latvia, Poland, Germany, Kazakhstan, Turkey.

Kayaking 7 km across the river Tergi, climbing up on 30 m rock, mountain biking over a track of 10 km and running a distance of 7 km with a finish at Gergeti Mountain – this is what was needed to fight out for the Red Bull GerGetIt 2014 winner title. The team of Orient Logic completed the event in fastest time (01:55:30,900) and walked away with prize-money.
