Description

Red Alert features the story of 15-year-old "Shane," who has been having sleepless nights because of nightmares. "Shane" recalls her night terrors and out-of-body experiences, and talks about how she sought the help of a pastor for spiritual counselling. But after the spiritual counselling failed to stop her night terrors, she opted to undergo a psychological assessment wherein her deep-seated emotional issues were revealed. Finally, "Shane" undergoes polysomnography to identify how her sleeping pattern affects her dreams. The program also tackles sleep apnea, and provides tips on how avoid sleep paralysis.
