Record Breaking Day

Knowing it was going to be a basic rodeo all day and because we were desperate to get our lines wet, we headed off shore to a nearby reef. Once we got to our destination, it was pretty much non-stop action but this time I had brought the 'meat stick' because I knew there were some enormous Red Snapper just waiting to rush into a culvert and cut the line.. not so much this time.
And as a plus and a true blessing, I was able to bring home my first legal sized Gag grouper.
