The man was riding on the road in Bangkok, Thailand on Sunday, August 11, while onlookers branded him a fool.
The filmer said: ''If he crashes he would hurt himself but also other people could be hurt.''
Thailand has the highest rate of road deaths in Asia and until recently had the highest number of road accidents in the world.
