Monsters under your
Your bed
And in your closet
Don’t get you
Before you open
Your eyes
In the morning

Dear child,
Pray that the
Light
Scares the darkness
From your room

Dear child,
Pray that the
Lies
They tell you
Aren’t true

Dear child,
Pray that your
Demons
Don’t murder you
Before you wake

Dear child,
If your demons do
Than don’t run
And hide
Instead stay
And face them

Dear child,
Realize life is not real
Just an illusion
A dream
A hallucination
