When Bryony was furloughed from her job as a retail assistant in Gunwharf she was absolutely devastated and found it very mentally tough simply sitting at home. One day she designed a cocktail for fun and put it on Instagram. Within days she had thousands of followers desperate to follow her latest recipes. People from all over the world then make them at home and send in pictures. She is now planning to open her own cocktail stall to take to parties.
