Real 'Fox News': Journalist Gets Repeat Visits From Friendly Vulpine
19 Views • Dec 21, 2017
Description
A friendly red fox has made repeated visits to a house in Decatur, Georgia, where he has made himself at home rubbing on a door mat.
Jill Flournoy, who lives there, has fittingly named the fox “Rupert,” although she and her husband Eli aren’t sure whether the fox is a male or a female. They first saw it a couple of months ago, and then spotted it again recently.
Their daughter, Storyful journalist Dakota Flournoy, filmed Rupert on two occasions on December 17 and 20 as it hung out on the porch. She is home for Christmas and can be heard in one of the videos debating with her brother Cole whether to open the dog door to let Rupert inside. But in the end they decide, probably wisely, against it. Credit: Dakota Flournoy via Storyful
