Readying for risk to return

Major falls in inflation in both the developed and the developing world, combined with extremes of risk-aversion, mean that markets could be primed for a rebound. David Bowers of Absolute Research tells John Authers, the FT's senior investment columnist, that we need to watch the central banks carefully to see if that rebound can happen.
