I suggest there should be a third status for a video. Currently there is Public and Private, once a video is uploaded. I suggest there should be a Quarantine status. So videos should not be deleted and accounts suspended within 24 hours. YouTube should put the video in the quarantine status and then sort the problem out. Then it is alot less stress for everyone. Also it takes the power away of people making a youtube account and pretending to be from youtube, to trick people into deleting there videos. The account Y0UTUBEB0T has done this to me and others.
