Re-Episode 29: Digitalizing Local Shops (Normal Speed) #businessmodels

Some viewers complained about the speed of the video, so am reuploading with normal speed. I thought it would be easier if I changed the speed before hand for your convenience .

There are two extremes today, one going physically out and buying online, which is not viable for many and the other is buying online from e-commerce websites where there is no human interaction / human touch. In between these two, we can have a platform that brings all the small and medium retailers online and make them available to potential customers who may not be from their locality. The customers can give specific instructions & customise the product before placing the order. While the retailers can increase the sales through their tactics of talking and Making a deal. We just take a cut in between. Comment if you have any valuable suggestion.
