Hello Ryan, My name is Yafim and I am a massage therapist from Israel, I like to get your advice or opinion about an elbow pain I am suffering from. Well I have noticed it from about 2 months ago; when I straiten my elbow I have a sharp pain like a pinched nerve. I can't remember a specific trauma to the elbow but when digging in my memory I had this kind of pain long years ago while playing basketball (I played basketball since I was a kid in a league then a lot of years gym training lifting heavy weights).
