Base

1 Cup of dates
1/2 Cup of almonds
1 Teaspoon of coconut oil

Middle

1 Cup of dates
1/2 Cup of coconut oil
1.5 Tablespoons of unhulled tahini
1/4-1/2 Cup of pure organic maple syrup
1 Cup of raw cashews
1/3 Cup of water

Top

1/4 Cup of raw cacao powder
1/4 Cup of pure organic maple syrup
