I never felt what your love was like.
I never felt what your love meant.
I really never felt your warm breath on my neck.
The tingling fingers that soothed my soul.
I really wanted to experience fulfillment of love.
But all I got was your look.
Your love was your glare.
Your stare bored into my head.

I stirred and stirred until the covers came off.
I was able to see you didn't have any love.
I made my way to bed.
You were naked with the truth.
I felt your body and you came with me.
I felt nothing and then I saw.
I realized from what I saw that this was a living nightmare.
