Rava Peda -Indian Sweet

Rava Peda | Semolina Sweets | Rava Peda Mithai | सूजी के मिठाई | سوجی کی مٹھائ

Today, we are going to make a special sweet dis that is very popular all over India. We tried it in Cook Awesome kitchen and it comes out very delicious. You must try the Suji Mithai or Semolina Sweet, Everyone loves this sweet recipe.

Ingredients
1 cup semolina
1 cup sugar
½ cup water
1 tsp cardamom powder
2 tbsp ghee
2 tbsp milk powder
2 tbsp desiccated coconut
1 tsp orange color

Preparation Method
In a saucepan add ghee
After melting it add semolina
Cook it for 5-8 min
Add cardamom powder and mix well
Set aside
Take another pan and add sugar with water
Cook till sugar is dissolved
Add orange color and mix well
Set aside
In semolina add milk powder and desiccated coconut
Mix well
Add the prepared syrup
Stir continuously
Cook till thick
Leave it for 10 min
Make small balls and press the sides with the help of a spoon to giving a design
Fill the center with sesame seeds and pistachio
Semolina Sweets Recipe is completed, Enjoy!
