For a festive cocktail, what could be better than a champagne soup?! And to add some color, we add raspberries :-)

Ingredients:
- 0.5 cup cane sugar syrup
- 0.5 cup Cointreau
- juice of 4 lemons
- 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
- 1 bottle of champagne or other sparkling wine
