I do believe in the Lord above
for He created you for me to love.
He chose you from the rest
because He knew i would love you best

I once had a heart and it was true
now its gone from me to you
so keep it well as i have done
for you have two, and i have none

If i go to heaven and you are not there
i will write your name in the lover's prayer
and if it reaches judgement day
i'll know you have gone the other way.
and to prove my love to you
i'll go the other way with you
