Rappraisers Strike Again!

The ongoing random side-channel tactics for which Oregon realty interests are apparently coated in teflon. Or, what some won't do ahead of developers, while keeping up those strong property valuation management ratings/healthy house-building trends.

A note on "Crimereports.com" generally: as law enforcement agencies throughout the United States advise, black-and-white "pins"/"balloons" showing a report can often mean just that...a person called in something from or relative to an address, but any police department might consider such reports mere advisory of the quality of life, not something local policy necessarily smiles upon doing anything about.

And what kind of reports re "quality of life" do most reports from Pineway Addition, per "Crimereports.com" data, reflect? Spring and Fall noisy dogs around the clock, assault/suspicious activity, and seasonally lots of abandoned vehicles. In any 180 period, it appears that few if any police activities happen around "rappraiser" bases.
